Founded in 1895, Pollitena is a San Sebastián restaurant with more than a century of history.
We specialise in cooking based on Basque culinary traditions.
Fish soup, vegetable stew, "Pollitena" hake – dishes which have been reference points for a long time and are a necessary part of our menu.
The restaurant is decorated in a time-honoured and very welcoming style, in accordance with our philosophy of friendly and warm service. Every detail shows the essence of the premises: the windows, the cupboards, the radiators... Coming to Politena is like coming home.
